Youth Lacrosse plays a Spring and a fall season. Spring registration opens Early January thru early February and games are played mid-March thru Memorial day. Fall Registration starts in July for games in September and October.

Coaches Wanted
We are always looking for parents that are interested in helping coach. This is a great opportunity to spend time with your player and learn more about this amazing sport. With the Mountain Ridge and Herriman programs splitting we need parents to step up and help make each program successful.
US Lacrosse has some wonderful resources for parents who have never coached and are looking to help. IMLAX is now requiring that all head coaches be level 1 certified. Visit the IMLAX Coaches Requirements page to learn more about the league's coaching requirements and how to become level 1 certified through US Lacrosse.
